If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods and want to return or exchange them, you can return or exchange them within 7 natural days after receiving the goods. For more details on the return and exchange policy, please check the information below.
1.Within 7 days from the date of receipt, you can apply for return or exchange if it is not suitable. If it exceeds the time, it will not be accepted.
2.If the received goods have quality problems, missing pieces or wrong delivery, please provide relevant photos (such as express delivery single side, outer packaging, shoe style, etc.) to the online customer service for verification. No photos will not be accepted.
3.The returned goods cannot affect the secondary sales. If the tag is removed, it has been worn, and there is no original packaging, it will not be accepted;
4.If the package is returned to the customs for destruction due to personal address reasons, the customer shall bear a loss fee of $10-$20.
5.We are not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of the return package.
6.Remember to keep the express number for all returns and exchanges. There are many packages signed every day. No number or loss will not be accepted;
7.We will refund the price of the returned goods, but if the return is made, the original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be included. We will refund the money to your original payment account within 10-15 business days after we receive the goods, because we need to conduct a quality inspection on the returned goods before we can refund you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.
If the return is caused by the consumer (personal factors such as dislike of the color received, unsatisfactory try-on effect, inappropriate size due to fat or thin feet selection; unevenness caused by express delivery, damaged outer box, etc.; small color difference, small thread ends, small acne, individual small needles, small overflow of glue, etc., which do not affect the appearance of minor defects), the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific cost should be determined by the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
